My name is Jan-Olof Sandgren, and I’m renting out two rooms in my appartment to male international students.

I live in Eriksbo, a beautiful suburb north of Gothenburg 25 minutes by bus and tram from City, and around 35-40 minutes from Chalmers School of Technology.

Size: 15 m2

Internet, wire and Wi Fi. Computer (Linux) with media speaker. TV. Plenty of closets. Direct connection to kitchen. Extra mattress for guests. Private locker in the room.

Rent: 3 500 SEK
Status: Available from 1 October 2023

Small Room:

Size: 8 m2

Internet, wire and Wi Fi. One closet. You have to pass my office before reaching your room. Forest view. Pivate locker in the room.

Rent: 2 500 SEK
Status: Occupied

General conditions:

We live together in a 3-room apartment. You share kitchen, bathroom and common areas with me and the other lodger. 
Before moving in, we sign a contract to be updated every 6 month. See the contract here…
